For Long, Fluffy & Double-Coated Dogs

A refreshing maintenance groom for dogs who need a little extra coat care between their full grooming appointments.

This service helps keep the coat clean, brushed and manageable while removing loose hair and helping to prevent knots and matting.

What’s included:

  • Pre-Groom Coat & Body Check

  • Double shampoo and conditioning bath

  • Thorough brush and comb through

  • Deshedding treatment to remove loose coat

  • Warm hand blow-dry and fluff finish

  • Gentle face and ear cleanse

  • Nail trim & file, where tolerated

  • Tidy-up around the eyes, paws and hygiene areas

    This is a maintenance service and does not include taking length off the coat or an all-over haircut. If your dog requires a full trim, restyle or significant coat reduction, a Full Groom service should be booked instead.

All grooms are individually priced, with final cost depending on your dog’s size, coat, grooming needs and the time required.

Fresh & Clean

For Short, Single coated and Smooth coated Dogs

Great for breeds such as French Bulldogs, Staffies, Dalmatians, Lurchers.

Your dog’s groom includes:

  • A thorough two-stage shampoo followed by conditioner

  • Removal of loose and shedding hair

  • Face and ear cleaning

  • Gentle warm blow-dry by hand

The Full Groom

For Long, Fluffy coats

Our Complete Groom is the full works for dogs who need length taken off, a haircut or a complete restyle. Along with bathing and coat care, your dog’s coat is clipped and/or scissored and styled to your preference.

  • Double shampoo & conditioning bath

  • Warm hand blow-dry & fluff

  • Brush, comb & deshed

Hand Stripping

For Wire & Harsh-Coated Breeds

Our Hand Stripping service is designed for dogs with wire or harsh-textured coats. Loose, dead hairs are carefully removed by hand to help maintain the coat’s natural texture, colour and appearance.

  • Pre-Groom Coat & Body Check

  • Coat assessment

  • Hand stripping of the coat

  • Double shampoo and conditioner (if required)

  • Brush & comb through

  • Face, feet & hygiene tidy

  • Ear cleanse

  • Nail trim & file, where tolerated

  • Finishing touches to maintain the breed’s natural shape

Hand stripping is only suitable for certain coat types and will depend on your dog’s coat condition, previous grooming and tolerance of the process. Pricing may vary depending on the amount of coat and time required.

Puppy Introduction

A Gentle First Grooming Experience

Our Puppy Introduction is designed to gently introduce young pups to grooming in a calm, positive and comfortable way. We take our time with plenty of patience and praise, helping your puppy get used to handling, bathing and grooming equipment without overwhelming them. The aim is to build confidence from an early age and create a positive foundation for future grooming visits.

  • Introduction to brushing & grooming equipment

This service is focused on familiarisation and building your puppy’s confidence rather than achieving a full haircut or styled finish.
